Frozen Country Style Biscuit Baking Instructions:
**Store the biscuits in the freezer in sealable container. They will be fresh for up to a month.**
The key to success with biscuits is handling the dough as little as possible. The more it is manipulated, the tougher and flatter your biscuits will be. These drop biscuits are quick and easy (no rolling necessary) but slightly less shapely than rolled biscuits. Place frozen dough directly onto an ungreased parchment lined cookie sheet ½ inch apart (you want the biscuits to “grab ahold” of each other to encourage greater rising) and allow to defrost completely, approximately one hour. For a golden crust, brush with melted butter before baking. Bake at 450 degrees for 10-13 minutes.
